1. We do not provide crib bedding. Please bring your own crib sheets. Babies are delicate, and to avoid allergies, we ask guests to bring their own crib sheets and inform us that they need the crib. 2. To comply with current regulations regarding public safety and tourism, we require that you check in online through the web channel used by the accommodations, which may request the guest's image of the identity document and/or selfie. We require this to be done at least 7 days before entering the accommodations, or once 24 hours have passed after 3 requests have been made. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures have been adopted to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment, and/or unauthorized access. 3. We request responsible consumption of electricity and respect for the environment. We put at your disposal €30/week for energy costs for air conditioning. For an additional expense, you can request and pay for additional €10 cards at your expense. 4. In the home's user manual, you have your host's 24-hour assistance telephone number. When making the reservation, you will also have the host's 24-hour assistance telephone number and a co-host. 5. In the home's user manual, you have an inventory of the furniture and facilities. Any difference in inventory must be communicated, through the portal, on the day of arrival at the accommodations. Guests will pay for the cost of items damaged during their stay. 6. Use of the home: 6.1. We ask that you make exclusive vacation use of the house, without subleasing the accommodations or carrying out illegal activities. 6.2. Reservations made by third parties or on behalf of third parties are not accepted. 6.3. Discrepancies between online check-in and physical/real check-in are not allowed. 6.4. The season for using the pool and outdoor terrace furniture is from May 1 to October 31. Outdoor furniture is not available outside this season. Please check availability on other dates when making your reservation. 7. Use and safety rules for the pool: 7.1. Access to and use of the pool by children is required to be supervised, at all times, by a responsible adult. 7.2. To avoid accidents, we ask you not to run in the pool area or dove head first. 7.3. For safety reasons, please do not use crystal glasses or cups in the pool area. Broken glass could fall into the pool and cause accidental damage. Reusable hard plastic glasses and cups are available for guests to use in the pool. 7.4. Please use the outside shower before bathing in the pool. Sunscreens stain the water, making the purification system difficult and detrimental to its operation. 7.5. The season for using the pool and outdoor terrace furniture is from May 1 to October 31. Outdoor furniture is not available outside this season. Please check availability on other dates when making your reservation. 8. Safety regulations: 8.1. To prevent accidents, we ask people not to access the roof floor and prevent children from accessing it alone. 8.2. To avoid accidents, we ask that the washing machine and detergent cabinet remain locked to prevent children from accessing cleaning products that may be toxic. The keys are provided along with those of the house. 8.3. We provide you with electric candles so that you do not light wax candles and prevent fires. 8.4. We ask that you close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the space. 9. Cleaning rules: 9.1. The house is delivered clean and with sets of sheets and towels. Daily cleaning service is not provided during your stay. 9.2. When you arrive from the beach, please take a shower in the pool's outdoor shower to remove the beach sand and help you keep the house clean. 9.3. Leave beach material and objects outside the house to avoid filling it with sand. 10. We request that you do not make illegal downloads over the internet/Wi-Fi. 11. You have complaints and suggestion forms at your disposal. 12. Reservations made by third parties or on behalf of third parties are not accepted. 13. The house has official administrative permission to be used as a vacation rental home. Any discrepancy between guests and hosts will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
